I'm a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying). My approach to therapy is relational and I work primarily with survivors of childhood trauma, those struggling with grief and loss, people going through life transitions, and men seeking greater connection to partners and children. I focus on building a nurturing space for clients to tell their stories, to grow and to thrive.
Understanding our lived experience can bring about great relief and peace. Finding new meaning in that experience is key to writing the next chapter of our story with confidence and hope. In our work together we'll connect to your story and I hope to have you leaving sessions feeling excited and capable to write the next chapter.
I have been corporate a facilitator since 2007, working to increase candour, authenticity, diversity and inclusion in the workplace. I volunteer at The Gatehouse, an organization serving adult survivors of childhood sexual abuse. In 2024, I was honoured to be the Gatehouse's Volunteer of the Year for Counselling.
Finally, I'm a professional artist, so if expressing yourself artistically interests you, I am happy to work with your creativity.
