Emotional distress doesn't exist in a bubble, it exists in relation to the people in our lives: Parents, siblings, romantic partners, colleagues. When our relationships feel off, we feel off. I let clients lead and together, we look at what the role of anger, depression, anxiety, trauma, grief, or self-esteem might play for you in your relationships.
I work primarily with survivors of childhood trauma, those trying to find meaning after a significant loss, and men who want to be better parents and partners.

I work primarily with survivors of childhood trauma, those trying to find meaning after a significant loss, and men who want to be better parents and partners.
Having said that, many things might be motivating your search for a therapist. Whatever brought you here, I want to hear your story. We'll work together to deeply understand what doesn't feel quite right in your life AND we'll celebrate the things that do. Together, we'll create a nurturing space for your voice to be heard and your story to be told.
That's the idea!
We'll work towards being with all the parts of your story, the good, the bad, and the f-ugly. By remaining present, curious and open to all your parts, I hope you feel a little more at ease in your own skin, regardless of what life throws at you.
Understanding your lived experience can bring about great relief and peace.

Understanding your lived experience can bring about great relief and peace. Finding new meaning in that experience is key to writing the next chapter of your story with confidence and hope. In our work together, we'll connect to your story and I hope to have you leaving sessions feeling excited and capable to write the next chapter.
